Get ready for an adventure like no other. StayKCC brings you an exciting range of activities, from thrilling adventures and creative art workshops to immersive cultural experiences and dynamic team-building programs – perfect for groups looking to connect, create and be inspired.
Our activities are designed for groups of 10 or more and must be booked in advance. Contact our friendly StayKCC team to lock in your experience today.

Archery
Led by the StayKCC team, groups are given a safety brief, instructions to follow, and supervised throughout the activity. Participants are encouraged to play games and compete with their friends and leaders.
Equipment is supplied for the duration of the activity.
Duration: 1–2 hours
Participants: 10–20 participants per group

Mindful Art
Mindful art is a fun, creative and relaxing activity. The StayKCC team provide all the materials needed and supervise the session, allowing participants to enjoy painting or drawing in a peaceful environment.
Each participant will take home their own completed artwork as a souvenir of their time at StayKCC.
Duration: 1–1.5 hours
Participants: Up to 25 participants per session

Scenic Race
Groups follow clues and complete challenges around the StayKCC site in a friendly competition that encourages teamwork, strategy, and fun.
Activities can include stations such as archery, obstacle courses, and puzzle-solving.
Duration: 1–2 hours

Suitable for: 10 years+
Mission Survivor
Participants work in teams to overcome a range of mental and physical challenges, using strength, agility, courage, and problem-solving to succeed.
The StayKCC team facilitates each stage, encouraging leadership, collaboration, and persistence.
Duration: 1.5–2 hours

Team Building
Team building sessions include a range of games and activities led by StayKCC facilitators that focus on communication, trust, and cooperation.
Groups will laugh, learn, and grow together through carefully designed challenges.

Campfire
Enjoy a night around the fire with your friends. Roast marshmallows, share stories and sing songs.
A StayKCC team member can lead your group with games and stories or you can run your own campfire with materials provided.

Movie Night
Experience surround sound and a cinematic experience in our in-house cinema, or enjoy a movie night in your own accommodation.

Trivia Night
njoy a fun, competitive trivia session with your group.
Our trivia nights include general knowledge questions and topics to suit all ages and interests.

Aboriginal Insight
Learn about the world’s oldest living culture from First Nations people.
This experience may include culture, dance, bush tucker, stories and art.

Abseiling
Experience the thrill of abseiling under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
Participants start on a 5-metre abseil and progress to a 15-metre cliff.
All equipment is provided for the activity.

Goldfields
A 90-minute drive west of KCC takes you back to the Colonial era! Learn how to live like a pioneer by meeting the locals, building mud bricks, making damper, using old machinery, and panning for gold.
Duration: 2–3 hours (plus travel time)

Bushwalking
Enjoy the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains with a bushwalk suited to your group.
StayKCC staff can provide recommendations and maps for nearby walks, or we can arrange guided National Parks & Wildlife Service ranger walks (maximum 20 participants).
Bush tucker walks are also available on-site, led by our guides.

Bush Cooking
Learn to make traditional damper over an open campfire.
Participants are guided through the process and then enjoy the food they have prepared.

Cooking Class
Join our in-house pastry chef for a hands-on bread-making experience.
Participants will learn to make a variety of breads from scratch and enjoy their creations together.

Games are tailored to your group’s needs and objectives, making them great icebreakers or team-building exercises.

Horse Riding
Located 30 minutes away in the Megalong Valley, soak up the atmosphere, fresh air and enjoy the fantastic views. Centennial Glen have something for everyone: horse riding, pony rides and mountain trail rides.

Slacklining
This activity is run onsite amongst our beautiful bushland, with views of the 3 sisters peaking through the trees. Participants will learn to walk and balance on the slackline secured between 2 large trees.
Duration: 2 hours
Maximum: 10 participants per line.

TREETOPS ROPES
From the youngest adventurer to the oldest adrenaline junkie. Climb through the trees and experience nature in a whole new way!
Available at Western Sydney parklands or in The Hills location (Pennant hills).

FIRE TWIRLING
Bask in the wonder of fire dance as our very own local artist performs for you under the stars.
With up to 3 different device options you’re sure to be entertained.

BUSH SURVIVAL
Get into nature with our qualified guides and get hands on, learning about bushtucker, wilderness first aid, shelter building and more.

BUSH TUCKER TOUR
This interactive tour is lead by one of our knowledgable guides. Learn about the Australian bush and how we can use it medicinally and nutritionally, with the chance to try some for yourself.
This Activity can be done on a bus and anywhere on site to suite your needs.

ROCK CLIMBING
Base Zero Rock Climbing is an exciting mobile adventure activity. Their team will create a WOW factor at your event. The walls will be run onsite so your group doesn’t need to travel.

ORIENTEERING
This activity requires teamwork, communication and problem-solving along the way, but it’s worth the challenge. Choose from our 3 courses, each different in size, theme and location.

REPTILE SHOW
Reptile shows aim to stimulate a love for the Australian bush and our amazing native wildlife and encourage children and adults to further study our unique reptiles and frogs.

PLANETARIUM
Enjoy a planetarium astronomy tour with an astrophysicist. This activity includes a live solar system exploration with cinema experience done indoors inside a dome!

STARGAZING TOUR
The perfect chilled-out night activity. Embark on a captivating space journey in a timeless beauty of the World Heritage-listed Greater Blue Mountains skies.

SCENIC WORLD
Located within walking distance, explore what Scenic World has to offer. Ride the cableway, railway and skyway or explore the walkway amongst the national park forest floor.

KAYAKING
Kayak around the beautiful Wentworth Falls lake, a 15 minute drive from StayKCC, this is also a great spot for a picnic with your group.

MOUNTAIN BIKING
Whether it’s Hanging Rock, Narrow Neck or doing skills sessions on-site, your group will love this activity. Both self-guided and fully guided options are available.

HISTORY TOUR
Learn about a dramatic piece of Australian Colonial History as we look at the physical evidence of old roads and the impact of unsuspecting English travellers who dared venture over the Blue Mountains to find greener pastures.
Available on your bus ride to/from KCC, MT York walking tour or Echo point.

NPWS EXCURSIONS
The Blue Mountains National Parks & Wildlife Services offers a range of school excursions designed to cater for a range of ages from, from Stage 1 through to Stage 5.
