Our onsite facilities: including auditorium, selection of different sized meeting rooms, versatile indoor and outdoor spaces and cinema room – can be used for conventions, exhibitions, events, team-building and personal development programs, corporate retreats and sporting events.
Auditorium
With capacity of up to 2,000, StayKCC can accommodate large conventions, conferences and performances.
Festive Plaza
An outdoor festive plaza in an arena style that can accommodate performances and social events.
Huge Oval
The ability to host sporting events and large car parking volume for major events is present in StayKCC.
Catering
Select from a fully-catered event delivered by our fully-qualified pastry chef or elect to be self-cater your event.

StayKCC features a diverse range of multi-purpose event and meeting rooms, including a cinema, theatre-style conferencing and meeting spaces that can be configured to your specific event requirements. We also offer the option on indoor and outdoor break-out spaces.

Cinema & Theatre
With capacity of up to 120 theatre style, the concert and cinema room can accommodate a range of different group configurations.
Clairvaux E2
A meeting space of approximately 80 square meters, suitable for up to 60 theatre style or 40 banquet style.
Clairvaux E3 & E4
A meeting space of approximately 80 square meters, suitable for up to 60 theatre style or 40 banquet style, divisible into two rooms.
Clairvaux E6 & E7
A meeting space of approximately 90 square meters, suitable for up to 70 theatre style or 50 banquet style, divisible into two rooms.
Clairvaux W10 & W11
A dividable meeting space of approximately 95 square meters, suitable for up to 70 theatre-style or 50 banquet-style.
Plaza Cottage
A meeting space of approximately 100 square meters, suitable for up to 80 theatre-style or 60 for a banquet. Can be divided into two rooms.
Auditorium
Seats up to 2,000 guests, perfect for large-scale events. Suitable for conferences, expos and corporate retreats.
OUR ACTIVITIES
All activities listed are exclusively available for groups and must be pre-booked. These include archery, cinema screenings, frisbee golf, basketball, campfires, BBQs, Indigenous cultural experiences, scenic races, mission survivor challenges, team-building exercises, trivia nights, movie nights, Aboriginal cultural workshops, abseiling, visits to Bathurst Goldfields, bushwalking, bush cooking, group games, horse riding, slacklining, kayaking, mountain biking, history tours, rock climbing, orienteering and many more exciting options.
