StayKCC features a variety of hosting options for your school needs ranging from accommodation centres for groups from 5 to 157 students – up to 395 students in total.
We also offer a selection of multi-purpose event spaces, surround-sound cinema, auditorium, together with a spacious grassed environment that can accommodate a variety of sports and open-aired events.

Our Facilities
StayKCC features a diverse range of facilities designed to support school camps, conferences, faith-based events and group gatherings.
Set within 25 acres of bushland in the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains, StayKCC includes flexible event spaces, catering services, sporting facilities and expansive outdoor environments.
From an auditorium that can seat 2000 and meeting rooms to recreation areas and walking trails, StayKCC provides the flexibility to create memorable experiences for groups of all sizes.
Our Activities
All activities listed are exclusively available for groups and must be pre-booked. These include archery, cinema screenings, frisbee golf, basketball, campfires, BBQs, Indigenous cultural experiences, scenic races, mission survivor challenges, team-building exercises, trivia nights, movie nights, Aboriginal cultural workshops, abseiling, visits to Bathurst Goldfields, bushwalking, bush cooking, group games, horse riding, kayaking, mountain biking, history tours, rock climbing, orienteering and many more exciting options.
